What is the Internet Approximate duration: 45 minutes

Students will understanding what is the internet, where is the
Learning Objectives Internet. And through practical exercises, how the Internet help us.

Prerequisites: - Verification of Prior Knowledge (5 minutes)
Prior knowledge and Ask questions which will allow you to determine if students know what

Computer device (Desktop / Laptop/Notebook /Tablet), Internet Access

Printer, to print Activity sheet – “My Internet diary”.

Students, with the assistance of the teacher/Home school facilitator, will

complete Module 7 - Lesson 1 - What is the Internet (20-30 minutes).

Student Assessment Summative assessment – Module quiz at the end of the module.

Discuss with students (5 minutes)

What would life be like without the Internet?
Completing your Internet Diary. Ask the students to complete their diary
for future discussion on what they have learnt about their patters of use.
